This unique wedding venue boasts the most stunning gothic architecture and has a history dating back to 1225. Built on the site originally home to the Roman Principia building, the site has been a centre of worship and decision making since 306AD.
York Minster boasts a variety of stunning locations for stunning wedding photography opportunities. This is precisely where our unique flexibility during your wedding celebrations is key. We regularly use a range of creative lighting techniques to produce stunning images for you at times convenient to you when most other photographers have gone home, thus enabling us to encompass as many locations as you wish during our time with you. If the light has gone and the sun gone down, we create our own and can guarantee you will be thrilled with the results. York Minster offers a stunning location many of our discerning wedding couples not only demand but appreciate. We have on a number of occasions gone for a walk along the famous streets surrounding the Minster. With the Bride and Groom and sometimes the Bridal Party too, we have created some fabulous images, often with a throng of tourists and shoppers looking on in amazement!
